TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dear all, with all due respect, please read the T&C carefully to avoid any misunderstanding and to ensure smooth transaction between us.
1) East Culture Boutique assume you to have read & agreed with the T&C once you have placed an order
2) We only entertain SERIOUS BUYER only. Please DO NOT backout after placing order!
3) Prices are fixed unless stated otherwise
4) Prices shown are not inclusive of postage charges unless mentioned.
5) We do first come, first served basis (term also apply for pre order items)
6) Items sold are NOT returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
7) Allow us to process your orders for about 2 to 3 days for ready stock item. Ceutical skin care postage is based on scheduled date on each batch.
8) Pos Laju will be used to send out all your orders. However other postage method for outside Malaysia may be considered. Postage fee is depending on the weight of the items and the location
9) Please understand that we will not refund for damaged items/problem cost by the delivery shipping as we always try to minimize these risk using BUBBLE PADDINGS at our own cost & using 'FRAGILE' sticker. But we ASSURE you that all items are in GOOD CONDITION before being posted out.
10) All personal information provided to us will be kept confidential.
11) We reserve the right to make any appropriate changes on our site policies and the T&C at any point of time, as we deem necessary.

::: HOW TO ORDER :::
1. Fill in the ORDER FORM or send email to email@example.com this following details:
- Full Name
- Contact number
- Postage address
- List order (which product & quantity)
2. A confirmation email/message will be sent to you as soon as possible. Approximately within 24 hour with the following info:
- Item's availability
- Total price
- Postage fee
3. Upon confirmation of your order, for READY STOCK items, payment has to be made within 2 days otherwise your order will be released.
5. Once payment is made, please inform us the following transfer details:
- Amount transferred
- Which bank for payment
- Tranfer's reference number
- Transfer's date and time
6. We will deliver your order only when you have made FULL payment. When payment is received and verified, your items will be sent to you.
7. You will be given a reference number for tracking purposes. Please kindly inform us when you have received your items on hand.
::: PAYMENT METHODS :::
1. Direct online transfer / Bank in
- Account number will be provided together with your invoice upon confirmation of your order. (Maybank and CIMB bank account)
2. Western Union
- International buyer can make payment using Western Union.
- We will provide you the details needed if you choose WU as your method of payment, kindly contact us for further details
- We are now accepting Paypal. Kindly contact us for further details
For INTERNATIONAL BUYER:
International orders may be subject to Custom’s Inspection and/or fees. If custom fees or VAT fees are imposed, these fees must be paid for by the customer receiving the package before the package can be released for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for these fees. If products are returned to us, we cannot reimburse you for any shipping charges and additional charges may be imposed to cover the cost of re-delivery of products back to us.
- Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged additional shipping charges when your package is reshipped.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country.
- We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, custom restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside Malaysia. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
